The sea turtle hospital is located in Marathon, Florida. There they take sea turtles from the wild that are in difficulties and help them if possible come back to the wild if not continuing their life. https://www.turtlehospital.org/
In the sea turtle hospital they have all seven different species of sea turtles. 3 of them are Vulnerable according to the IUCN red list 1 of them is Endangered and the two are Critically endangered. The seventh is not classified… click here to know more

There is also an option were you can adopt a sea turtle that is permanently living in the hospital. The 35$ so around 32 € that you pay a year will provide food and medicine for our sea turtle. There are other Sea turtle hospitals in the world but I have chosen this one because I have been there personally. The Sea turtle hospital was huge and surprisingly clean!
